Food Tech

Ingredients:                              Utensils: 
Tofu                                            Pan
1 carrot                                      Bowl/Container
1 broccoli                                   2 knives
Lemon juice                               Wooden spoon
Tofu sauce                                  Chopping board
1 tsp of soy sauce
¼ of a ginger
1 whole garlic
10 green beans 
Oil

Wash your hands before you cook then fry it.
Peel your carrots then julienne the carrots then you put them aside.
Take the skin off the onions then julienne them and put them aside.
Cut the broccoli  into small pieces and put it aside.
Grab a pan and put it on the stove to heat up.
Put oil on your pan and wait a little while.
Once your pan is hot add in your onions and mix it till its brown.
Add your other veggies into the pan and mix that together.
Add yout tofu, lemon juice and tofu sauce into the mix and mix it all together.
Add your noodles in and mix it all together.
Put it into a bowl/container.
Enjoy.
